La Gazzetta dello Sport reports that Inter have reignited interest in Real Madrid defender Nacho and could make an offer to the Spanish defender, who must decide whether to remain in Europe or join an MLS side.
Inter are once again interested in Real Madrid defender Nacho and are considering making the Spaniard their third free signing after Mehdi Taremi and Piotr Zielinski.
According to La Gazzetta dello Sport, Inter’s interest in Nacho could be even more concrete if Stefan de Vrij decides to leave the Stadio Meazza this summer. The pink paper claims Feyenoord are interested in the Dutch centre-back.
Inter consider move for Real Madrid man available on free transfer – report
Inter had been linked with signing Nacho many times over the last few seasons and even held talks with the defender’s entourage.
Nacho has already decided to leave Real Madrid at the end of his contract in June and has offers from the MLS.
However, he still hasn’t decided whether he wants to leave Europe or only Real Madrid, so Inter are keeping an eye on the experienced defender who, according to Gazzetta, has already rejected an offer from his ex-teammate Xabi Alonso, the current Bayer Leverkusen coach.
